You can choose from three main types:

1. My Tickets - alerts when tickets assigned to you change (new comment, mention, or status).
2. Followed Tickets - notifications for tickets you follow, even if you’re not the assignee.
3. Views - notifications when new tickets appear in specific Zendesk views you care about.

Does ZenNotification access or store my ticket data?

Accepted Answer

No - your data stays in Zendesk. ZenNotification only reads minimal event info required to display the alert and doesn’t store ticket content externally at all.

How do I stop getting notifications from automation or bot users?

Yes. 
1. Open ZenNotification Advanced Settings.
2. Go to Muted Users.
3. Add the user(s) you’d like to suppress (for example, automation@yourdomain.com). (automation@yourdomain.com).)
