You can choose from three main types:

My Tickets - alerts when tickets assigned to you change (new comment, mention, or status).
Followed Tickets - notifications for tickets you follow, even if you’re not the assignee.
Views - notifications when new tickets appear in specific Zendesk views you care about.

Does ZenNotification access or store my ticket data?

Accepted Answer

No - your data stays in your browser. ZenNotification only reads minimal event info required to display the alert and doesn’t store ticket content externally at all.

How do I stop getting notifications from automation or bot users?

Yes. 
Open ZenNotification Settings.
Go to Blacklist Users.
Add the user(s) you’d like to suppress (for example, automation@yourdomain.com).
