ZenNotification keeps you instantly informed about key Zendesk events - such as new comments, mentions, status changes, or new tickets appearing in your selected views. It works right from your Chrome browser, so you never miss an important update.
You can choose from three main types:
1. My Tickets - alerts when tickets assigned to you change (new comment, mention, or status).
2. Followed Tickets - notifications for tickets you follow, even if you’re not the assignee.
3. Views - notifications when new tickets appear in specific Zendesk views you care about.
No - your data stays in your browser. ZenNotification only reads minimal event info required to display the alert and doesn’t store ticket content externally at all.
Yes.
1. Open ZenNotification Settings.
2. Go to Blacklist Users.
3. Add the user(s) you’d like to suppress (for example, automation@yourdomain.com). (automation@yourdomain.com).)
4. Save
